Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to all countries. The rates and delivery times vary depending by country and you can find details of our international delivery charges on our Delivery and Returns page.

How much do you charge for delivery?

How do I know my order has been sent?

Within a short time of shipping your order we send an email to the address registered / entered when placing your order. Please double-check the email address you gave us because, if it is incorrect, you will not receive the notification emails we send.

Why is my order taking so long to be delivered?

UK and most European deliveries take 3-5 working days. International deliveries can take 4-6 working days.

In the UK, where Royal Mail is delivering the order, they should leave a card to say they have attempted a delivery if you are not in. However we have known cases where a card is not left, and the package is sometimes left at a neighbour’s house or returned to your local delivery office. If your package has not arrived after a few days, you should explore both of these options.

For courier or international deliveries, please contact us if your order has not been received in time and we will advise on despatch date and give any tracking details where possible (courier deliveries only).

Can I cancel an order?

In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to an order. To add product to your order, please place a new order for these items.

Can I change the delivery address?

If your item has already been despatched, this will not be possible. Otherwise, to change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel your order completely, please contact us at as soon as possible, quoting your order number.



What is a digital download?

Some of our products are available electronically. This means that, after purchase, you will be able to download them immediately onto your computer, tablet or smartphone. These downloadable products are provided in a compressed PDF format and you can view them on any device with a PDF reader installed, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded free if you don't have it installed already. Our PDF's are formatted to print in landscape orientation on A4 paper. Access to the PDF is limited so please download it on receipt and save it in a designated folder or location on your PC or mobile device for future access.

My digital download won't open. What can I do?

To ensure that the PDF file opens up correctly, you need to have a valid and updated version of a PDF reader on your computer, tablet or smartphone – for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded free from the internet. If you think your PDF reader works fine with other files and you are having problems with a specific downloadable product that you have purchased from us, please contact us at with your order number and we will make sure we provide you with a correct PDF file.

How long does it take to receive my digital download?

Your file will be available immediately on the order confirmation page and by email.


Why have I have not received the link to the digital download I ordered?

Within a short time of shipping your order, an email is sent to the address entered when placing your order. Please double-check the email address you gave us because, if it is incorrect, the automated email containing your link can't reach you.
