We are working very hard to make sure that our friends and customers can stay home and save lives.

Shipping Delays

As you will understand, the current pandemic means that there are delays in shipping both to us and from us. Please understand if you order takes longer than usual to reach you. We may not be able to give real-time tracking for orders due to the high volume of queries that couriers are receiving - we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost in post": Please allow extra time. (UK) 4 weeks. (EU) 6 weeks. Raising a Paypal dispute will not speed the process up.

Import Duties and local taxes

Now the UK has left the EU orders placed by European customers may be subject to import duties. Please be aware that we are not liable for any import duties or taxes orders may incur.

Delivery Costs

International shipping costs have risen significantly as a result of the current pandemic and we have had to temporarily increase our charges to countries outside of the UK and Europe. This is something that is out of our control and is affecting all international shipping companies and businesses that ship overseas. For orders outside of the UK and Europe, we may be able to offer a discount if the item can be posted rather than sent by courier. To request a delivery discount for (small and light items only), please email with details of the items you would like to order and the quantity. We will look at postage options and let you know whether a discount can be applied.

£19.95 up to 2K

For orders weighing over 2kg an invoice will be sent to the customer to cover the additional shipping cost.  Orders will be shipped on payment of the invoice.
